Programme Support

If you have any non-academic related enquiries, there are two ways in which you can receive support from your Student Relationship Managers:
1.    Post in the Reach Out Forum which can be accessed within this Orientation Course
2.    Send an email to BScCS-support@london.ac.uk
Please see the following examples of non-academic related questions -
  • Grades or assignments
  • Degree planning
  • Course registration
  • Fees
  • Request for letter of registration
  • A private issue that only affects you (non-academic)
If your question does not fall under the categories above, please still contact us, and we will be happy to help.
Online Tutors
Our programme staff are here to support your learning. If you have any questions about the content covered in a course, we would encourage you to post them in your designated Online Tutor Forum. It can be accessed via the Discussion Forums tab. Your assigned Online Tutors will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that the Online Tutors play an important role to both guide the tutor group to understand the weeks study material and mark work but are not teachers for the course. Your study will be self-directed and supported by both the experienced tutors and your fellow students. By posting in your Online Tutor Forum, you are also letting other students benefit from the response. More information about where to find and how to use all of the forums will be covered in Section 5.
*Please do NOT send any requests directly to the university email addresses of staff. Use the infrastructure outlined above. If your question does not fall under any of these categories, please email all other requests to BScCS-support@london.ac.uk
